Áine has been involved as Associate lecturer at The University of the West of England for over 6 years as well as a role as Visiting Tutor at Birmingham City University.

At UWE I tutor and have lectured the undergraduate architecture courses, recently constructing the R3 Pavilion in response to COVID 19 impacts on learning environments and am working on a paper with a colleague regarding this.

At BCU, I have assisted in delivering the Master’s course with the Unit: ‘Extinction Rebellion Architecture’ as a response to the climate crisis and the role architects have in this.

I currently work with final year undergraduate students with a focus on ‘regenerative architectural practice’ and MArch students for technical detailing.
